BoxIt logo

BoxIt: Rectangle Area Logic Puzzle

Fill the grid with rectangles so that each rectangle contains one number and its area equals that number

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to fill the given grid by creating rectangular boxes.
  • Drag horizontally, vertically, or diagonally on any tile to create a box, but ensure that each box area created correlates to the number shown within the box.
  • The area number can be in any part of the box, so get creative with how you create your boxes.

Tips

  • Be aware of the rectangles that have prime number area, as these rectangles can only orient as a rectangle with a width of 1. (Ex: Area of 5 must be a 1 x 5 rectangle, Area of 11 must be a 1 x 11 rectangle)
ConnectIt logo

ConnectIt: Pipe Loop Connection Puzzle

Rotate tiles to form a continuous loop

Instructions

  • The goal of this puzzle is to rotate the tiles on the grid so all tiles are connected in a single group.
  • Ensure all tiles are connected to the source, and that there are no open ends in the grid.
  • The optimal moves indicate the minimum number of rotations needed to solve the puzzle.

Tips

  • This puzzle may seem easy and intuitive at first, but be mindful of all the extra moves you are making to complete the grid, as these will negatively impact your score.
CrossIt logo

CrossIt: Daily Mini Crossword Puzzle

Solve the mini crossword

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to fill the squares with letters, forming words or phrases that cross each other, using the clues both horizontally (from left to right) and vertically (from top to bottom).
  • The clues will all begin on a tile with the subscript numbers in the top left of the tile.

Hints

  • Using a hint in this puzzle will reveal the correct letter where the cursor is placed.

Tips

  • The answers to the clues come in all shapes and sizes, from abbreviations and acronyms to a combination of two or three smaller words.
DecryptIt logo

DecryptIt: Mastermind-Style Code Breaker Puzzle

Guess the secret code using the clues shown after each guess

Instructions

  • Guess the secret code consisting of a series of 4 symbols (Greek letters). Each guess results in feedback in the form of clues (dots) on the right side of the screen.
  • The yellow dots tell you that some of your symbols are correct, but in the wrong position.
  • The green dots tell you that you have some of the symbols correct AND in the right position.
  • For example, if you enter a code, and are shown 2 yellow dots and 1 green dot, this means that three of your symbols are correct, but only one of them is in the correct location. You do not know which dots are referring to which symbols.
  • There is no order to the dots, they are not tied to any specific symbol in your guess.
  • There cannot be duplicate symbols in the solution.

Hints

  • Using a hint in this puzzle will fix the first incorrect symbol in your guess.

Tips

  • Be careful to remember that the clues (dots) do not each represent a specific symbol like Wordle, rather they reveal the general state of your guess as a group.
FindIt logo

FindIt: Hidden Word Search Puzzle

Find all words in the grid based on their starting letter

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to complete the grid by finding all the hidden words, both horizontally and vertically, but not diagonally.
  • Each word will start on the colored tile, and can be formed by winding up, down, left and right, and will rarely be straight in one direction.
  • Each tile can only be used once in the word.
  • When the correct word is found, it will stay locked in the grid.

Hints

  • Using a hint in this puzzle will reveal the last letter of the word of the same color.

Tips

  • Many words can have suffixes such as -ly, -ing, or -ed, so trying various forms of the word to find the correct one may be helpful.
FloodIt logo

FloodIt: Color Flood Fill Puzzle

Fill the grid with one color

Instructions

  • Your goal is to turn the entire grid into a single color.
  • You always start from the top-left group of tiles.
  • Tap a color to change the color of this group.
  • Any neighboring tiles with the same color will merge into your group.
  • Repeat this until the whole grid is the same color.

Hints

  • This puzzle has no hints, but premium users can replay it to discover the most efficient solution.

Tips

  • Look for moves that let you absorb many tiles at once.
  • If changing to a certain color would capture all remaining tiles of that color, it's usually the best move.
MatchIt logo

MatchIt: Word Association Tile Puzzle

Find thematic matches between adjacent sides by spinning the tiles

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to rotate the tiles so that the words listed on the sides of the tiles form some match.
  • Matches typically refer to similarities between words (usually by definition), but can sometimes be more abstract.
  • The puzzle is complete when all touching sides of every tile form a coherent match.

Hints

  • Using a hint in this puzzle will reveal the correct orientation of a tile.

Tips

  • Sometimes matches can be formed between two tiles, but then leave no opportunity for matches on the other sides. Never be too sure that a match made early in the puzzle is absolutely correct.
PairIt logo

PairIt: Number Pair Matching Puzzle

Find all unique pairs of numbers

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to fill the grid by pairing the numbers together either horizontally or vertically.
  • Each number pair can only be found once, as duplicate pairs will be shown in red and will prevent the grid from being complete.
  • For example, an easy puzzle will have a grid full of numbers 0 through 3, and all combinations of these numbers (0-0, 0-1, 0-2, 0-3, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3, 2-2, 2-3, 3-3) must be found in the grid, with no duplicates, for the puzzle to be complete.
  • Try and find the pairs in the most optimal way to get the most points.

Tips

  • Pairs of the same number are the easiest to spot. Finding those first may help.
  • Pairs along the corners or sides of the grid may be easier to lock in.
SnakeIt logo

SnakeIt: Number Path Connect Puzzle

Fill the grid by connecting the numbers in order

Instructions

  • Start with the tile numbered "1".
  • Drag your finger across adjacent tiles to build a continuous path (up, down, left, or right, no diagonals), by connecting the tiles in ascending order.
  • The path cannot cross over itself or skip tiles.
  • Continue extending your path until all required tiles are included and the board is filled.

Hints

  • Using a hint will reveal a correct tile. A star will appear on this tile.

Tips

  • The starting point is at the tile marked "1", but that doesn't mean the last tile you select needs to be the largest number.
  • Non-numbered tiles can be filed even after all numbers have been connected
SortIt logo

SortIt: Ring Stack Sorting Puzzle

Arrange the rings to perfectly match the provided solution

Instructions

  • The objective of this puzzle is to arrange the rings so that the order of the rings matches the given grid on top of the screen.
  • You can only move the ring that is on the top of a stack.
  • Rings cannot be placed on poles that have no more room.
  • Only rings at the top of a pole can be moved.

Hints

  • There are no hints available for this puzzle, but premium users can replay this puzzle as often as they want to figure out the optimal solution.

Tips

  • Sometimes it may be worth it to think a couple moves ahead to avoid backtracking and wasting moves.
  • Some of the colors can be very similar, so ensure that you are moving the correct colored rings.
  • Be mindful of poles that may have no rings in the solution.
WordIt logo

WordIt: Hidden Word Grid Puzzle

Find the required number of words hidden in the grid

Instructions

  • Starting with any letter in the grid, swipe in any direction to create words with at least 3 letters.
  • Complete the puzzle by finding the required number of words of each length.
  • When a word length category is full, words can be used in lower length categories.
  • For example, if the 4-letter word category is full, a 4-letter word can be used in the 3-letter word category.

Hints

  • Using a hint will reveal the first letter of a word length of your choice, and each subsequent hint after will reveal the next letter of that word.

Tips

  • There is no penalty for swiping as fast as you can.
  • There is no harm in guessing incorrect words.
